Meet Renz Louie Matabalan! He serves as Vice President and Lead Creatives at SEAnag Silangan!

Renz Louie Matabalan is a youth leader, active community volunteer, and creative advocate from Barangay Lambajon, Baganga, Davao Oriental. He currently serves as the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson of Barangay Lambajon, where he contributes to youth participation, local service, and community-based initiatives.

A graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Science from St. Mary’s College of Baganga, Renz brings a strong foundation in education, communication, and science-based awareness to his work in community service and environmental advocacy. His academic background strengthens his capacity to engage young people, communicate important environmental messages, and support learning-centered initiatives.

As Vice President and Lead Creatives of SEAnag Silangan, Renz helps shape the organization’s visual identity and advocacy materials. Through his creative leadership, he transforms conservation messages, community stories, and youth-centered campaigns into engaging outputs that inspire public participation and environmental action.

Through his combined experience in youth governance, education, volunteerism, and creative work, Renz strengthens SEAnag Silangan’s mission of building a community-driven, youth-powered, and hopeful movement for environmental conservation in the eastern side of Mindanao.
