Meet Lorjie Bargaso Bation! He is a co-founding member of SEAnag Silangan and serves as its Lead Writer/Researcher. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Environmental Science at Davao Oriental State University, where he also completed his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and received the Best Student Research Award. 

Professionally, he serves as Project Staff of the Eastern Mindanao Biodiversity Corridor Project, where he is involved in biodiversity assessments, ecological data analysis, and the preparation of technical reports, with particular experience in herpetofaunal surveys and environmental documentation. 

His work and volunteer engagements also extend to coastal and terrestrial ecosystem initiatives, reef rehabilitation, and environmental research. As Lead Writer of SEAnag Silangan, he helps shape the organization’s voice through clear, research-based, and advocacy-oriented writing that supports environmental stewardship, youth engagement, and community-centered action.
